I was thinking of taking an Intro to Business class for the elective credit. I’m wondering if anyone has taken this class online and if so is it a good choice for an online class? Thanks so much!

Can the word “dolly” be inappropriate if said in a work setting?

I have checked the dictionary and searched online trying to find something that mentioned if the word “dolly” had some sort of inappropriate meaning that I didn’t know about. I work in an office in which we use a “dolly” or “hand truck” to move boxes around. I asked the question in a normal business tone “has anyone seen the dolly?” because I was looking for it. I thought maybe someone may know. The dictionary only mentioned the hand truck and a little child’s doll may informally be referred to as a dolly. Many people think that his claim is ridiculous, but maybe he knows something we don’t. Please help.

dolly = the name of the cloned sheep?
dolly parton = how does she compare to a handtruck?
dolly = maybe because it’s a female name?
This was my first question ever on Yahoo Answers and I didn’t think I would get responses this quick.

I really was just looking for the “dolly” or “hand truck” because someone needed to move boxes.

This guy is very difficult to work around but knowing this makes me feel better about sticking up for myself with him.
I wouldn’t even know how to over extend the political correctedness of the word.
After conferring with my co-workers he said it was sexist. We have always used the term “dolly” in the office previously so I don’t know what crawled up his butt and died. Not that I would use that sentence in front of him.
I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he thought those terms were sexist.

I’m trying to find a job to do from home so i can be with my sons . I have found nothing but online scams , i found a add in my local news paper and seen simular adds for companys that just want you to prepare buisiness letter packets from home then send them back , the say the will pay you for it . If interested they give a address and just ask you to send them a seld adressed enevolpe . I was just wondering b4 i wasted my time with this , is this also a scam ?? is there a catch ?? do they want a godly amount of money to get started ?? Has anyone tried this ??? Is it for real ??

I want to start one, but I’m afraid of putting up money for one. There are so many ripoffs out there? Has anyone found one that is legit and costs nothing or very little up front?

I am going to major in Business Administration in Marketing, and I want to know which school, UCR and Cal State Long Beach, has a better business program.

I can’t find any statistics online or anything that talks about which business major is better.

I’m not looking for-profit institutions like Uni of PHoenix, or so forth.

It has to have an easy enrollment process, and the online degree must be 100% online, preferablly in business..HELP
