I have never opened an bank account overseas, online” before. I would like to invest a normal small amount of money for normal working person. I may invest in their housing market or a very small business??? I need a “name and phone number” of a good bank, in “China, with good relations with the us; the United States Of America. How do I get a tax ID in Florida for a online business?

I currently sell wallets and handbags on my website www.luxaccessories.net. Right now I pay taxes through my wholesaler, but I want to get my own tax ID and do them myself. I tried to register on irs.gov but it says halfway throught the form that I need my certificate number. I am not sure how to obtain one or get registered with the state since it is an online business. Does anyone have any suggestions?

my wife loves ebay, how can i turn this home based business of online sales in my favor come tax time?

She’s sold about worth of items in 2006, (none in the state of NY where we live, so she doesn’t even have to pay tax on those sales..right?) Yet we have lots of expenses we go through for this “home business” that she’s started, (heat, electric, phone, etc..)
she keeps all the transactions seperate by using (paypal). so i shouldn’t have a problem filing a schedule C right?? My buddies keep telling me that the law doesn’t state that you “have to make money”, but i feel weird stating that we only made 30 bucks and yet deduct a couple hundred in expenses…

what do you think??
I just called the IRS and the lady yelled at me! said i had to have re-occuring sales every couple of weeks and can’t go around selling my junk instead i’d have to purchase items and sell for profit. I told her i did purchase but sold at a loss…then she said she was transfering my call to investigations and i hung up quick! now the phone won’t stop ringing and i’m scared!!!

You think they’ll come for me?????

Is it ok to pay off credit card the day after you’ve bought something?

I have a credit card with Wells Fargo. I also have a personal checking & savings account, and a business checking & savings account. When I go out and purchase something, is it ok for me to transfer money online from one of my checking accounts to pay off the card? or do i have to wait for my monthly bill?

I’m a single mom of three and has been searching the internet for any at home business opportunities I can do in my spare time. I do participate in those online surveys but that seems to be a dead end. I want something that’s not a scam and will not take what money I don’t have. I do verify everything through the better business bureau. I’m not interested in posting a web link or blog because I don’t have my own business nor do I intend on having my own business. I was more interested in posting links, data entry, etc. for other companies. So if anyone has had any luck with some of those online business opportunities please feel free to share. I greatly appreciate any information you can provide. Thanks a bunch!

Rate my pokemon soul silver team please (for experts)?
hello there, and thanks in advance for the time u r spending on this post. i would like u to rate my pokemon SS team for competitive battling with friends, and who knows, maybe i will play online later.

ok, here goes!

1)Skarmory @leftovers/focus sash (bolt nature)
ok, this guy comes out first on my party. his use is to spike the opponent, as well as to cause some bad troubles with conditions.
moves are the following:
1)toxic
2)spikes
3)protect
4)roost
when skarmory is pretty weak or pp is out, i usually withdraw him, it is a very useful pokemon for the meta-game.

ok, second pokemon is not a standard one, it is dependable on the opponents pokemon, so i will just put my other pokemon in any order.

2)Garchomp @(the thing that boosts evasiveness, i dont remember the name) (adamant)

aah, the great shark of sinnoh… really adore this guy, i was amazed how strong cynthia`s was. anyways, but into business. any one of competitive battling would say; why the **** do u put such a useless item on ur sweeper? well it is not useless at all. combined with an ability (we will talk about that later), garchomp is able to avoid with 50% chances any standard move like flamethrower or ice beam.
moves r the following:
1)swords dance
2)substitute
3)outrage
4)earthquake. i usually let my garchomp without changing it, but ow well sometimes i do that.

next one is… my favourite of all… the tremendous power of johto… ladies & gentlemen, tyranitar!!!
well well well… there has been a rumor that rampardos makes tyranitar look like a cute little bunny… well thats not true. with a life orb attached, tyranitar can pwn many many pokemon, as long as it can move. (adamant too)
moves:
1)earthquake
2)crunch
3)stone edge
4)(idk yet…)
remember my buddy garchomp? with tyranitar`s ability, a sandstorm is called… and with my garchomps ability, sand veil, its evasiveness is raised, and with the help of garchomps item evasiveness is raised even more, while substitute keeps it alive. sandstorm does not affect skarmory either.

4th pokemon is… blaziken! @(white herb (the thing that cansels the drawback of overheat…)(quiet)
well well well… the thing that pwned charizard back in the show…
pretty much of a sweeper, special and psychical alike.
1)sky uppercut
2)flare blitz
3)brave bird (to help tyranitar face fighting types)
4)overheat
blazikens role is to support my team.nothing more to say.

5th comes… Gyarados. @focus sash(baseful)
wow, that guy is huge… and pretty scary :P with a great attack, it is an underestimated sweeper.. i believe so.
moves are:
1)dragon dance
2)aqua tail
3)rain dance
4)earthquake
ok, this guy can dragon dance at least once, since focus sash will keep it alive. then, it sweeps as much as possible.

last comes… a pokemon inspired from the show… raichu!! (quiet nature)
really love that guy, a great pokemon indeed.
1)volt tackle
2)thunderbolt
3)thunder
4)surf
as u have imagined, it is caught at yellow forest. thunder gets an 1–% chance to hit with the help of gyarados`s rain dance, and volt tackle is the most powerful electric type move, and raichu`s signature one.

i believe that my team can support each other, as long as tyranitar-garchomp go one after another, and gyarados-raichu make a double team too. as long as blaziken stays out of the rain, i have nothing to fear i guess…

I feel like I will never be financially stable. I only make about 1000 after taxes, and I have looked for other jobs but I would make even less. I have no college, but data entry, banking and customer service experience.
I would like to work from home on top of my job. It seems like it should work, if I produce. But they all want money. And I have sent money in the past to find out there was some HUGE catch. Aren’t there any out there that will take the $ out of your first check or something?
