How do I attract customers to a new online business? Posted: 12 Jun 2011 04:22 PM PDT Aside from advertising of course. I just started my online comic book store. The first shipment of merchandise has yet to arrive. In the meantime I’m not sure what to do to get people to choose my store over larger, established names. Part of the problem is that for the initial push my stock will be small until I can gauge how well the business is doing. I don’t want the first customers to get scared away thinking I will have less than the competitor (which I will at first, of course).

I’ve kept all of my receipts – supplies, tools, shipping charges to customers, and I also have a federal tax ID number. Can anyone tell me exactly what forms I need to file for the upcoming tax season? It hasn’t made too much of a profit yet – probably less than ,000. I also do some freelance design on the side. Pirated Program, Big Business gets IP…whats next? In the installation process the program requires a pass code which is given and then it requires online registration. During online reg the company aquires guy’s IP and possably the used pass code…Assuming they now know that the pass code is pirated what can/will they do with guy’s IP…what are the odds that they will aim a virus guy’s way or use the IP address in a legal situation?

We also need to be able to track things like how many hours the student has used, the amount spent, total bill and what lead channel was used so we need to be able to customize fields and tables. I would prefer to have an online service (SoS) host this opposed to having to install but this is not a requirement. Also we are looking for something that can be easily implemented and supported. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good solution? If you are speaking from experience it would be great if you can tell me how you used the application, the ease of use and the cost. Any info is appreciated. no, not overstock. this is why I say not online companies. there is no savings at overstock. compare the prices they offer with prices sellers have on ebay, and you will see how much higher they are. the key point is i need to buy in bulk, cheap, then be able to resell.

Fear of the market; should a person avoid starting an online business when the economy is down? I get told that i’m crazy- that the economy is bad, nobody is buying anything, and travel is a joke.

How can I file a judgement against a company that has repossessed my car thru discriminatory ways… Finances. Posted: 26 Apr 2011 11:20 AM PDT My car was repossessed on Wednesday. They had ample warning that I was gonna be late on 1 payment. They never called me or tried to contact. We have Caller ID. When I told them I was gonna go after my Deposit back thru a letter, they started calling wanting me to settle out. Everything in my car is gone, I have no idea of where my stuff is including the License Plate, Insurance Cards, Music totalling around 0.00 and I had 0.00 in cash which I borrowed for 1/2 of my car payment. I did contact Better Business Bureau online and I did not have my car for even 1 month. How can I charge a file thru Equal Opportunity as well because I feel as though I was discrimnated because of my financial status as well. I live in Miami, Florida.

Posted: 26 Apr 2011 08:21 AM PDT Ok so last week my husband came in the bedroom and woke me up-well he asked me if I wanted to try to make a baby-to which I responded YES! So we got down to business. Well afterwards, I was curious so I went online and looked at about 50 ovulation calculators/calendars. All but two of them said my highest chance for ovulation would have been that day we had sex. We’ve only tried once this time because we’ve been dealing with other stressors and have been focused on other things. I’m just curious-what do you think my chances are? My period isnt due til Dec 13 so obviously its too early to test-so I just want to know what you all think. THANKS
